I have an older Buckeye pool that I've been trying to get fixed (the fixtures holding the walls on has rusted away) and am not having any luck with Buckeye pools. Because they have the exclusive on the fiberglass walls, other pool places won't work on it. I bought my house with the pool. Issues I have: 1. The pool itself was not put in right (they said so themselves!) They skipped putting in the concrete that layer That the walls are adhered to, thus increasing the risk of the metal strips holding the fiberglass walls to the concrete to rust and break off. Yes this has happened. 2. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO! NO! NO! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Always an excuse why they can't come out and look at it. Currently they say it's a busy time of year....REALLY? I'm probably going to put a new pool in and it WILL NOT BE Buckeye pools doing it! I have washed my hands of these people! There is no value to a pool that only one pool company can work on! There is no value to this type of pool when if the walls pull away from the concrete no one will except touch it cause it a Buckeye pool! Think really really hard before installing this type of pool and using Buckeye pools! read more

Do not use Buckeye Pools. Terrible customer service! They lie about what kind of service they do to your pool. Charge you extra for things they didn't even use. Charge extra for service they didn't even do! The manager or owner Chris is very rude and basically scams you to pay more money. I don't mind paying if they actually do what they are suppose to do and use products that they charge you for. read more

I spent $55,000 on pool from buckeye. fountains worked for 6 months then a leak from the return. NO RETURN CALL NO SERVICE. .im guessing they will call end of season to close pool and get the easy money. im guessing someone else started this company and they are living off old reputation. This company has new ownership (Chris is the manager) and have been terrible to deal with. Customer service is terrible and they are more interested in making money on new pool installs than servicing existing customers. They have repeatedly treated us horribly and actually argued with us on the phone. Is the customer always right?, or never right?.......Said they were gonna order things for us and then a couple months later gave excuses why they haven't done so. If you pick this company, good luck. They seem to pick their pricing out of the air and round up quotes to the nearest hundred dollar amount. Don't believe this post, please give them a try and you won't hear me say "I told ya so"......... read more

We had Buckeye build our pool two summers ago. The thing I loved best about them is that their owner, Chris Durbin, told us what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. And then...they did it! That's hard to find these days. We LOVE our pool! It's brought our kids and grandkids together with us more often. Highly recommend Buckeye Pools! read more

DON'T USE BUCKEYE POOL! They were horrible. They were supposed to open our pool and spa, they left without opening my spa and when I asked them questions about the pool, he told me to just youtube it. I complaint to the manager Chris, he was like it's an extra charge when you want a consult...I said, so if I asked questions, I would need to pay more?? He said "yes and I need to schedule a different time for it" Not only the manager was not apologetic, he didn't seem like he cared at all. I will never use them again! read more
