When I called to see if there was any way I could place a rush on my order, there was no hesitation. The order was complete the very next day, and they called to advise me as such. I visited on Saturday, 10 August, right before they closed at 6pm. I got the Hoka Arahi 7 running shoes in the colour white which was given to me as an early birthday gift. After over 30 minutes of standing near the analysis equipment and not getting any recognition or assistance we left. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls, I was told it would arrive by Christmas. Emailed again this week asking for shipment information. I don't expect I am going to receive my package. Definitely going to dispute with my credit card company. Business practices are poor, customer service is worse. Never again will I support this local business.
