Making this harder was the fact that many of my windows are so tall, i need a tall ladder to get to them. I decided... there has got to be a better solution than for me to spend hours cleaning all these windows and more importantly i wanted to avoid the possibility of falling off the ladder. Well TLC window solutions came by my neighborhood and they were cleaning the windows of one of my neighbors. So i asked how much would it be to get them cleaned... $285 and they would clean both inside and outside. Deal! I made an appointment with them... they were here for like two hours and i got all my windows sparkling clean! Perfect! If you are going to hire Two Dudes Window Cleaning, I recommend taking photos of all your gutters before they visit so you can explain to them what you want. We told the guy while he was here and he said we would need to talk to the boss. The boss didn't want to hear it. He kept saying "we don't scratch windows." They also said they had just come from a construction site. He got on the phone with my husband and was very belligerent. After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty. After reading his response, I reiterate how unprofessional he is.
