I went in at around 10:00 am and did not receive any help on where items were located, leaving me completely lost and frustrated without any direction or assistance. When I finally did find an employee, she was not only rude and obnoxious towards me but also dismissively unhelpful; I simply asked the difference between Cinch jeans and what the labels meant, and she brusquely brushed me off and walked away, which left me feeling deeply insulted. My husband then went in at around 1:00 pm to get a new cowboy hat, and he experienced the same disheartening treatment from the same lady, who I believe is the manager. She told him that the hat shaper would be in around 2:00 pm, so he waited an hour only to be told that the hat shaper wasn't coming in at all. When my husband asked to return the hat, she responded in a shockingly rude manner and essentially kicked him out of the store. This series of events is not only unacceptable but also infuriating, and it has left both of us feeling completely disrespected and unwelcome at an establishment we once trusted. I would personally like to speak to whoever is above her and file a formal complaint so that no one else gets treated the way my family was today
