Typical rip off dealer. I came here specifically because I had a 20% off offer, otherwise I have…read moreanother ford dealer much closer to me. I needed an oil change on my F350 and I also had some water leaking into the cab. I told them I think it might be can lights because I already checked sunroof drains. They charge $125 "diagnostic" fee and the oil change was supposed to be like $130. That would be around $200 after tax and 20% off. Of course that didn't happen and I was hit up for $300. They specifically tell you to show your coupon BEFORE service so you know they just jack up the price add extra "shop supplies" and all the other bs they add. I also question what diagnostic was done since it was only there for 2 hours max and about an hour in they called me asking if I wanted other services while they did the oil change. They just told me I needed new cab lights and they would be $800. No specifics on how they confirmed it was the cab lights and not the windshield or anything. Plus they told me the cost is so high because they had to pull the headliner to replace the lights which is simply not true. The lights come off right from the outside and if that was true that pulling the headliner is such an issue... how did they diagnose it? They certainly didn't pull the headliner in the short time they had it. Easy $125 for them. They no few people will pay the $800 so they basically do nothing and make $125. Honestly I'm not one to make a fuss so I paid it and left. I will simply never be back, definitely not for issues and not for service either. Bought replacement cab light seals for less than $20 and will replace myself.

Visited this dealership on Friday July 9 to get an estimate on selling my ram 3500. They offered…read more82,000.00 which was an agreeable price to me. They told me I had 7 days to bring it in and sell it. I returned on Thursday July 15 with title in hand. They pulled up the offer and agreed to the price again, and we began signing paperwork. After all the paperwork was signed and the title was signed over to them they came in the room and said they were backing out of the deal. The reason? Because the truck has a manufacturer recall. They told me I'd have to go get the recall fixed, but by the time I could get it fixed the offer will have expired and they'll be glad to reappraise it at a later date. I got a bad feeling when I first walked in, and I was cautious about the entire interaction because of this bad feeling I had. It's nice to know I should have trusted my gut. This is a shady group.

BEWARE! My sister bought her wedding dress in February and went to get fitted 8 weeks before the…read morewedding. She wasn't able to have the fitting because they didn't order the dress as expected. They assumed she wanted the floor model that was riped, torn, and had makeup on it! She couldn't get fitted because they didn't clean or repair it and it might shrink in the cleaning process. They sold her the floor mode for FULL price (around $1100!) and said it was her fault because she didn't tel them she wanted to order one. My mother and her future mother in law both were with her when she checked out when they claimed that she said she wanted the floor model. Now they are refusing to refund her or even give her a discount and say they sell worn used floor models for full price all the time!! I wonder how many people paid full price and got a floor model and didn't know! No where on her receipt does it say floor model or order! I am so disappointed in he Formal Showcase. I bought my dress from there 12 years ago and feel horrible that I sent her there.

A few months ago I went to find a maid of honor dress for a wedding. I found one that was perfect,…read morejust the wrong color. I went up front to place the order and was told I would need to be measured first. After she measured me, she told me that the size I needed was 2 sizes up. I told her that I JUST tried on a smaller size dress and that it fit perfectly. She told me that it is better to order up because you can take in dresses but you can't let them out if they're too small, which is totally understandable. I told her that the size I tried fit fine and that since I was losing weight I should be just fine. She continued repeating that statement and insisting that I go 2 sizes up. After arguing back and forth I finally just got 1 size up and left the store. Today, I picked up my dress, and it is HUGE. There is no part of the dress that doesn't need to be taken in. If I had ordered 2 sizes up as she insisted, the dress would've been a total loss. Now I'll be spending even MORE money on alterations that would have been avoided had my voice mattered during my purchase. All my previous experiences with The Formal Showcase have been wonderful, but this is just a warning to anyone shopping for dresses in the future.
