When we got to the counter to be checked out, a worker with the name "Carlton" walked up to check us out. He had terrible body language, looking pissed off that we even existed. We stood there feeling awkward and uncomfortable. As he scanned our items and we paid, he was loudly sighing and rolling his eyes. He was also giving us very nasty looks. The only words that he said to us were "Receipt?" and we grabbed our receipt and left. I think I am mostly upset because we did absolutely nothing wrong and were being treated like crap. Upgraded my IPhone. Was told that I had 90 days to return if not satisfied. Gave myself 3 weeks to familiarize myself with the phone. The air conditioning clutch was shot. I went to O'Reilly and they all worked as a team to help me repair my Jeep, one person in particular Ben a young man went above and far beyond by coming out in parking lot and getting his hands dirty and helped me out by coming up with a way to bypass the air conditioning system with a different routing of a smaller serpentine belt and getting me back on the road.
