I needed boots and a coat. When I got to the store, two people immediately started helping me. I got some really cute boots, a so-so coat, great earrings and socks for $150. I think that was a little expensive for my taste, but I was in a pickle. All in all, I was thankful for the clothes and the attentive service.

I went to go to return shoes, the old hag of a manager…read moreis one hell of an attitude storm. i came in expecting not to be able to return my shoes i bought 2 days ago because the shoes were never rang up or on the receipt.. not so mad about that. so i explained to the cashier that my shoes were never rang up but i bought 3 jewelry that was rang up and on the receipt. she said "okay let me see what i can do." she's very sweet. nothing she could do so she called her manager. manger came and cashier explained. manager said "bring back the receipt for the shoes and you can get your money back" i said "no. the jewelry and shoes was on one transaction, but the shoes aren't on the receipt." manager said "okay then you cant get your money back... without the receipt." i walked out and will never be coming back to support the business with her being manager. she didn't even try to see my side and ask questions, probably thought i was stealing, but doesn't give the valid reason to treat a customer like that without all the evidence. (i never stole. it was her employee who didn't ring up my shoes.) no clue how she's manger

Do not go to the salon, this is only second time I've been here and the work is terrible I can…read morebarely express the fact that they don't know how to even blow dry hair. I do a better job at my home while I'm rushing. Not to mention the fact that she didn't even wash my hair completely. I even mentioned that the back of my head wasn't wet. I left with frizzy hair that still slightly damp. The manager was also very defensive. Just as a reference point I have worked in salons for 20 years and I've never had this experience. I don't think they check the "stylists" work before hiring them, or they don't care or maybe both. And on top of everything it was 42.00 and they charge more to use a flat iron. Lol the audacity.
