So great to have a shopping area like this close to home! It was a lot nicer than some Tanger Outlets I have been to. I felt like I was at an actual outdoor mall. The store options were great too! I loved the Michael Kors store and they were actually having a half off sale!! I'm not so happy about the Tanger rewards costing $10 to join, but oh well! I give Tanger 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that there is one way in and out of the place. It maybe a good thing safety and security wise but it's a traffic nightmare on extremely busy days. Parking was decent today and I didn't have to circle the lot many times. There is security personnel directing traffic. Be mindful of what stores you are parked closest to because every lot looks the same. I admit I got lost there for a minute. The outlet layout is open and there is overhead awnings that partially protects you from the weather elements. Shop with a piece of mind since there was plenty of security personnel as well as SHPD on site. Coach and H&M are not open yet as of 11-28. Columbia, MK, A&F, Carters, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Rack Room, Express, BR, and Gap Outlet are among the many stores you can frequent. In regards to dinning, there were several food trucks and Auntie Annie's pretzel. Chick-Fil-A has a pop up tent and will be serving there for a few weeks as well. read more

Southaven had a chance to make this a terrific outlet mall and it falls short. While Coach and a couple other stores have yet to open (I am not sure why they are not open in time for the holiday shopping), it seems to be rather lower end brands. Okay..I get it...they have Banana Republic and Johnston and Murphy...but that is it! No Brooks Brothers, no Bloomingdales, Nordstrom Rack, Allen Edmunds, etc. The kitchen store located here boasts nothing impressive (and their knife selection is atrocious!) I have been to some good Tanger Outlets and the opportunities are endless. There is plenty of room down here, and I would think Southaven would want to attract not only sales tax revenue but boost tourism also. What a shame. read more

If you are headed here be prepared to bring your walking shoes! This outlet is great but the lack of parking today had me exhausted! It took me a while to get a decent parking space! Upon arriving here there were people making their own parking spots by parking in fields and waking! Truth to the matter there are some of the same stores in Cordova and Collierville! Great place to shop if you're tired of the same old Wolfchase, Carriage Crossing, and Oak Court that Memphis has to offer. Not enough variety, though. There's another mall roughly ~2 hours away from Memphis that's also located in MS and is an outlet mall that offers waaaay more stores (I cannot remember the name of the place ), specifically targeted towards those that are in the teen to young adult category (probably why I wasn't all that excited about this outlet). read more

The outside building structure is beautiful but I it was just an okay experince. Sales people are friendly everywhere you go, I was overwhelmed by the prices and underwhelmed by items selection. All the clothing stores seem to be size pacific for certain body types. I can only identify with the crocs store and American cookie. read more

I guess we are spoiled by the tanger outlets in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. While these outlets were interesting and design they lacked in store offerings. We were unimpressed with the pricing in the few stores that we actually went into. The under armor store had a large selection but to me was overpriced for an outlet store. When in both the loft in Ann Taylor for the misses and all she found the sweater. The fire pit was pretty cool. Looks like they're already doing repairs on the cement work not sure why. read more

Great Mall.....beautiful and it has great sitting areas around the mall. I don't care for the fact there aren't much eating places there yet. Hopefully they will get more. Also the kids play area is in the back close to the parking lot, and I didn't see a fence or barrier between the 2. It was night time, so if it was there, I didn't see it. If they don't have one, THIS IS A MUST! I will be back shopping. It's a good mall to just go walking around ....unless the weather is really cold, hot or raining. read more

Good deals to be found. Not all stores have great deals, though. They could use another restaurant. The pizza place is good but we went on Black Friday and the manager seemed frazzled and was being extremely rude to her workers. She made everyone feel uncomfortable. Other than that, the pizza is like Pyros. The coupon book is good but most of the time useless. I can use my military discount and that absolutely rocks! I love it. We think it's a good size to walk around, not too big, not too small. Enough parking. Haven't been there at night time so I don't know about security then. We feel safe during the day. I like this outlet mall because it isn't so big. It is much easier to navigate than other larger outlet malls. Decent stores that you would expect like JCrew, Banana, Fossil, Nike Factory, Michael Kors, etc. When H & M opens that will give it a deeper selection. It would be nice to have a Starbucks or a juice bar to grab a drink. Egress/ingress was sort of confusing from the interstate so some better signage would be useful but parking itself was pretty easy. I'd love to see some higher end outlet stores like a Northface, Off Sacks, Nordstrom Rack, or maybe a higher furniture and gift outlet. A Sephora would be nice, too! It's very status quo. But, if that's what you are looking for, it's an easy to navigate and find outlet. read more

This is a very new outlet visited on 12/27/15 new stores coming H&M and more. Very small not a lot of stores like polo but they do have a Nike outlet, gap, & my all time favorite Banana Republic . Aside from lack of sufficient parking and no restaurants, the actual mall and shopping is great. I'm hopeful the lack of parking is due to it being two weeks before Christmas. They have a few food trucks currently, and it was nice to have since you don't want to leave to eat and give up that precious parking spot. Store selection is wonderful. They have something for everyone. If they can keep up with the crowds to keep the facilities clean, it will continue to be a great addition to our city. I was disappointed that one of the larger stores (H&M) has yet open though. Overall, I was pleased. It's beautifully designed with nice touches for those wanting to kick their feet up like the fire pit, phone charging stations, couches, and tabled seating. read more

Our shopping experience was enjoyable. Great stores and great deals on Thanksgiving night! I liked the layout of the mall and that it is easy to walk. The issue we had was with the parking and only one way in and one way out. I would like to see more food options as during a shopping experience it is nice to sit down and rest while enjoying a bite of food. I love the outlet but don't like the fact there is no Polo, Coach is not completed, and can't buy food at all times.

A very nice place to shop. Love that there are so many places to sit and relax from benches to rockers to a fire pit seating area and that there are several nice clean restrooms. Also impressed with the children's playground area. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that there is not a place to get a sandwich, salad or burger. I've heard that in the next phase that they plan to bring in some eateries. That in my opinion would make it just about a perfect shopping experience. read more

I have been to other tanger outlets and You have to look at the demographics. I am so happy that the Tanger Outlet is in Southaven,Ms. I don't have to wait to get good deal until we go to Florida. when we can go to southaven and get great deals. I was invited to the special grand opening and been back several times to shop.I enjoy the big shoe store and sorry i can remember it's name. I always loved the Columbia store,saw great deals in the Nike store, I hope it does really well and it would be nice to add a little more parking. There are some great stores on this Tanger location, and the customer service help area is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I really like the Tanger Outlet in Southhaven, MS. It is easy to find from the interstate and has a great variety of stores. The sales are almost always a steal. I had to kill a few hours on Sunday in Southaven this is the only reason I braved the crowd at the Tanger Outlet. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, yes it was extremely crowded but there were tons of security directing traffic and the police were running the lights. The only big obstacle was parking they have it set up as one way when you get in just follow it all the way around more parking toward the end only took about 10 minutes to get parked. The stores I went in were very nice looks like they put a good amount of money into this place nice covered walkways with seating areas and a large fire pit which came in handy today. Just like any new place opening be prepared to wait in line stores like Michael Kors and Fossil had about 20 people in line. Food wise right now they just have food trucks and of course the usual cookie place and auntie Anne's. I also have to say the staff in every store I went to was extremely friendly and helpful. In all this is a great place to shop just go in with patience because it will take you a while. read more
