I had a car accident in October (avoiding a deer hit, I wound up in the guardrail) in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. Not only was I scared and in shock, I was stranded in WVA until he showed up within an hour (remember, I was literally in the middle of nowhere) and we took a 3 hour trip Roanoke to Land Rover in Roanoke, VA. He made me feel safe plus the whole situation was a seamless experience. Eddie was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about expectations for the trip and what I might expect on a Sunday, particularly because the car was not road drivable. Did I mention, he's also a very likable guy! It's obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear. Don't waste your time looking for another tow company: I recommend this company without reservation. If I haven't convinced you yet, Eddie was so concerned about my safety that after dropping off the car, he made sure I found a clean hotel for the night and brought my luggage into the hotel for me, explained to the front desk about our odyssey, and only left after he was sure I had a room. Was super happy at first. Salesmen was awesome in finding me a quality used tire instead of buying…read morenew. Was told the job would take 30 minutes and ended up taking 2 hours to do 1 tire. My major problem was I asked over and over to make sure the tires in front had 60 psi and tires in back had 80 psi. What I got was a new front tire at 70 psi and they never even touched the 3 other tires even tho the tech and salesman said they did. It really is the small things that go a long way. Not sure why they would lie when I will find out in a few minutes of driving the truck.
