The facility I attend (Doylestown) is smaller and cozy, and I typically arrive 10 minutes before my appointment. I am usually seen in about 10 minutes, and setting up appointments is no hassle. My favorite thing about this place is that my doctor (Dr. Lewcum) is knowledgable, but also quick with his services. He takes his time answering my questions and making sure my needs are met, but it's a very to the point appointment. I recommend it to those who don't want an overly invasive doctor, but someone who knows his stuff.

Went in for unexplained, extreme fatigue. Begged for answers and got the run around. Begged for a sleep test to rule out sleep apnea. Never knew my own care would be a debate about how fat I am, and how much GLP-1's would 'benefit me'. I have PCOS for context. This doctor would not take NO for an answer and kept pressuring me to try GLP-1's. I even snapped at her, and she got mad! By the point I was seeing her, this had been affecting me for 8 months--and effecting every aspect of my life, especially work. I will never come here again between this treatment and the sudden additional charges. Putting 2 stars for some nice employees.

As a result conditions that could have been life altering if not threatening were diagnosed early with positive outcomes. As to the staff Barb has always been warm, efficient, and I dare say caring. I enjoyed all of my doctors I saw there but DHN is the absolute worst. My favorite NP left and so did the receptionist and since then they have had a revolving door of staff. Every time I call I speak to someone who is utterly incompetent which is the absolute worst when contacting a doctors office. Dr. Patton is retiring and I'm sure Dr. Ruth will be following. They made appointments I didn't ask for and could never get me appointments I did need. I can't even begin to explain all that they've done but steer clear.
