That means every day since 6/9/26 (four days as of this review) that I have been in pain has been 100% unnecessary. Literally all he has to do is write an x-ray script. His office is dodging my calls. He is ignoring my messages. As my mom puts it, doctors are gods in their own minds alone. I wish him the same kind of care he showed me.

Calls are never returned, ever. it takes weeks to get the simplest of approvals leaving dozens of messages to get an answer: what should have been a routine order for lab Corp for blood work for physical was not issued two days before the appointment because they "were waiting for doctors approval". Having experiences this in last years physical I started calling them ten days prior to the appointment, two days before the appointment still no returned call. Another time the doctor ordered a procedure and when I went to schedule it the hospital said they needed pre-approval. The insurance company said the approval had to come from the doctors office. Dozens of calls to Chalfont Family Practice, no call back even once, finally I connected and was told "oh we should have given you that authorization number when we gave you the order". When you visit, there are half a dozen people mulling around; but no one seems to return calls or listen to messages. Archaic and old fashion office that does not use email or texts to communicate with clients; everything is menu and voicemail and they do not return your messages. Don't expect much here, the office is busy making the patients jump through hoops; and they seem to enjoy it.

The nurses especially are amazing. When my wife explained to one of them, I use a different name and pronouns due to being transgender she made a real effort to remember on later visits and honor them. It made me feel good as almost no one does that in the medical field in my experiences. They always offer complete care and ask if I have any other questions. Highly recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed all of my doctors I saw there but DHN is the absolute worst. My favorite NP left and so did the receptionist and since then they have had a revolving door of staff. Every time I call I speak to someone who is utterly incompetent which is the absolute worst when contacting a doctors office. Dr. Patton is retiring and I'm sure Dr. Ruth will be following.
