We had an appointment at 3:00pm on 6/20/2017. Joe called at 2:40 asking if we could meet early and I returned the call 5 minutes later at 2:45. The number that he called from was their office number in NJ and they had to communicate to him that I was fine with an early meeting. Then he called again, left a message that he was not able to find a parking space (NOT a fact at this time of the day in my neighborhood). I contacted him again at 2:50pm and he was on his way to the next appointment. I checked where he was, he said at 67th street.... In 5 minutes he was at 67th street from Center City???? At 2:55pm I called Tony at the office to report the lack of service (note that 2:55pm was before the time of my scheduled appointment with Joe). Tony had been very helpful a few days prior, to get all the information and organize the field inspection with the salesman Joe. However, when the incident was reported, he was polite but non-committal, like he could not do anything about it but knew about the problem with sales...? I am not sure what has happened. Philadelphia is to far? Too complicated for a NJ organization? They have a communication problem? I will never know but I cannot trust this company with the safety of my family and will use someone else.

And they do this job for a reasonable cost, often for less then the larger, more well known companies. Sometimes I pay my bill in person at their headquarters, and when I do they can't be any nicer. It's obvious they truly care about their customer's satisfaction. As long as they continue blowing away the competition, I will always be their customer.

Very open and honest about his schedule and a very hard worker. His wife is a real estate agent down here too! He worked so hard too. I know people are getting impatient with contractors, but he had a lot of balls in the air and still met our expectations.
