Then, a guy started walking around behind the counter and into a back office, grumbling under his breath and just genuinely unhappy. We picked out a bag of raw stones, looked around a bit and asked a question. Gal mumbled something, had to ask twice, still didn't understand so just let it go! She took such great care of me, and my ring. She took it to the jeweler in the back, and he actually adjusted the prong at no cost! Who does that nowadays??? Not only that, but she also had it cleaned .... Again, no charge! I know now that I need to have the whole prong replaced, but will wait until after the holidays. One of the few stores in Oatman that has air conditioning or at least it did the last time I visited.
