It worked for a short period of time and then began losing time and stopping. I had to wind it a few times but it kept stopping. The stem was difficult to turn. I took the watch back and was not offered any refund on the repair charge nor was I able to contact the repair person for any explanation. I would highly recommend anyone who needs their Rolex repaired to only have it done at a Certified Rolex dealer/service which I will myself do now.
