They all basically gave me rough estimates over the phone, but Stanley Steemer found a way to come out and get real measurements in a day. They were ready to go and explained to me exactly what result I could expect. They got the entire 3,000 sq ft of carpet done in a day and it looked even better than I expected. All the areas with heavy foot traffic were gone and the odor with it! The only area they surprisingly couldn't treat was where someone had duct taped a mat to the floor.
