Girl lost out on an entire second ounce because she failed to try. If I was her boss I would want to know she's fully failing at her job and at customer service. Then looking at the receipt she said she can't return both of them because it was a few weeks ago that I had got them. I specifically asked the manager what was their return policy and I told her that was told to me and she still said that she couldn't do it and proceeded to gave me some fake speech about how they couldn't do it after a certain period of time. Even though my best friend comes to the same smoke shop and has returned cartridges that more a month or two old and other employees return them. Fair return rules and there is almost always a sale going on. You can actually return a faulty cart with a receipt and they won't give you any attitude. The selection is great;however, their best products tend to be flower and they have an awesome preroll section. They have a fair amount of edibles and a varied drink selection. Cartridge selection is pretty nice and prices vary, but the most affordable cart is around $18 (Jan 2024 prices).
