The girls found the labubus and the owner told them they were real. When the girls brought them back to where we were they found out they were in fact fake. The faces were messed up and not centered. We went back to the shop asking for a refund for the obviously fake and messed up Labubus and he refused. He even declined taking them off the shelves while knowing they were fake. He told me to the leave the store and provided no compensation or help when the faces are literally messed up. Horrible person. Scamming children is evil.
