They also have the West Coast Organics original locally grown and organically produced legal weeds and stuffs that we are not in favor of using. They usually have three ladies who are quite helpful and knowledgeable. The sales are all carried out in cash only. I wonder if they accept cryptocurrency. They have the most professional looking shop and amazing display of weeds. When we went there first time we were somewhat taken aback by how clinical and professional they were. I was thinking that marijuana shops would look somewhat seedy and like a tobacco shop with smoking paraphernalia, but they have really attractive decorum and very clean, modern look inside. The actual shop has one way traffic flow to make it easier for the customers to stay six feet apart. I am still surprised at how expensive everything is when it comes to legalized weed products, but this place is cheaper than anywhere else for CBD products. I really cannot say how much it costs for weed products. I don't like anything pertaining to mind altering drugs. I don't really care to use any drugs period, but CBD lotion and oil are pretty cool to have for joint aches and exercise induced inflammation and pain. Asked in a very direct manner if the pods being presented would work with a pax 3, to which I got an attitude heavy response affirming that they work with all pax products. After getting Tory's assurance that if they did not fit my pax 3 I could return them i purchased them to find out that they didn't fit. I was met with hostility and told from the manager that I couldn't return the pax products in-spite of their employees misgivings. Unimpressed. After arguing over their unethical conduct I got my money back. Tory should be educated on product and basic store policy to avoid such conflict in the future. read more

The staff is friendly and very patient, willing to answer all of my questions, and they seem very well educated about the various products, which gives me the confidence to try new things. As we discussed, providing a drop off box for these containers would be most welcome. Apparently, the other customer I spoke with has a need/use for them. I've given this place four chances. The selection is consistently weak. Their bar tenders are pretty uneducated as well. One day the person 'helping' me said, "I actually drive better stoned." I am extremely disappointed with West Coast organics, I purchased a cartridge and it broke on the1st week. Unfortunately I lost my receipt and they refused to exchange it for a new one after I had called and spoke with the manager "the manager told me bring it in and we will exchange it no problem"???? We've been regular customers for over 2 years. This month we received 2 packages of prerolls that were supposed to be Belushi's Cherry Pie. After getting home with the stapled bags we discovered they were other strains. Today we went back to let them know and spend more money on ACTUAL CHERRY PIE prerolls. We were turned away because we can't wear masks. Even cited ADA. I believe it's a $75,000 fine for any business anytime they refuse admittance because of this. We will not be back. read more
