Batavia NY waste management customer We have not received…read moregarbage pickup today. This is the fourth of six weeks we've had removal issues. All of the days to contact waste management are unsuccessful. They claim to pick up garbage until 6:00 PM but service phone numbers and texts are unresponsive. All contact ends at 4:30 and the chat function ends at 4. Poor customer service and removal service.

BIG MISTAKE…read more You can ONLY communicate with them by putting tickets in on their website, that they never respond to. Try finding their 800 number on the website? It's not listed. I had to google it. Then the missed pickups. You put your trash out on Thursday night for Friday, and Friday evening they tell you they were delayed. Then Saturday nothing, then Monday nothing. Then Tuesday they tell you Weds for sure. Then Weds night they say they're just going to give up and pick up 2 weeks worth on Friday. Wish I got a discount for it. Instead they just slip in price increases regularly. Every week it's a crapshoot if they actually bother picking them up. One day they actually said "We couldn't complete pickup because your bins were not on the curb." They'd been there for 4 freaking days. We cancelled and they keep forgetting to pickup our empty bins. I call them weekly and they're very sorry but it'll be another 2 weeks until the bins can be retrieved. Every time I call, another 2 weeks out.

What I like over municipal service is WM takes everything. Sometimes I feel guilty putting all the stuff out that I do, but they always take it with zero complaints. Junk King was cheaper than renting a dumpster or bagsters through waste management, and they do a lot of the work! They showed up on time and swept afterward. Botched pick ups, misleading…read moreprices that ended up being 3 times the cost of their competitors, and 30% over what they quoted us, dumpsters that were placed on the wrong lot and had to be moved by our guys with our equipment, mysterious charges that their own accountants can't explain in detail to our people. Needless to say we will never ever be using their services again even if it is a dire emergency.

I rented a rolloff from Dumpsters.com (Tucson location) on 8/31/20 based on their 'reasonable'…read morerates. By the way I contacted corporate as well as the local Tucson office and neither would provide me their physical Tucson address. Things went well until six weeks after I contracted them out for a 15 yard rolloff rental. I soon found their business practice is to send out weight overages on the rentals 6-8 weeks after the fact. As a customer you have absolutely no recourse but to pay the penalty for the overage. It is why the business is able to offer low rental rates. And then when you contact them for their physical address all they will tell you is their corporate office is in Cleveland, OH. It's a shady way of doing business (bordering on unethical). As the saying goes, "buyer beware." I for one would never recommend doing business with Dumpsters.com unless you like surprise bills/fees after the fact.
