Welcoming is an understatement, they made me feel part of the group, all were so helpful. It was hard to tell who worked there and those just hanging out. A bit old school which you don't see any more. Not old in the sense of anything other than fantastic customer service. I ended up looking at a few pipes, bought one with zero pressure. Got a chance to test drive the pipe and few tobaccos. I am very much today enjoying "Pride of Kings" and Stokkebye's Bullseye Flake. If you are near West Tampa or far for that matter, stop in. This is THE place for Cigars and Pipe related goods. This will become my Saturday morning drive.

That being said, I am extremely new to vaping and my friend took me to this shop as I was waiting for my vaporizer to come in (ordered online) last week. We were greeted by Reece and shown the wide variety of juices that are stocked. As I was sampling as many juices as Reece could prep (thank you so much!!!) they discussed her mod, coils, batteries, etc. ect. He is really knowledgeable and friendly. They have different varieties to choose from, from fun flavors (coffee, fruits, desserts, etc) to premier to prime. I fell in love with the Surreal and Cipher Prime Juices. The Surreal tastes like a berry blend cereal (they can't say it...but maybe I can...it tastes like Captain Crunch Berries) and the Cipher tastes fruity with just a hint of menthol to offset it. Very clean tasting vape. We were also shown the lounge area and it looked very clean and the other staff were in there with customers. Really, just looked like a nice place to hang out. I ended up buying the 2Die4 (a premier blend that tastes like a York Peppermint Patty), Surreal, and Fire & Ice (cinnamon and mint). Luckily, my vaporizer came in that same day and I have been vaping ever since (cut way down on smoking and I can see myself smoke free in a month). Great juices will not be the only thing that brings me back to a store. The other places I have been when I attempted vaping before looked and felt more like head shops. The other establishments' staff had a vibe that they were just trying to get my to buy and not really explaining things to me. Reece is a whole different breed! He explained things down to a noobs level without being condescending and was very patient on my initial visit. I went in today to try the Cipher again (should have bought it on my first visit and bought it on this one) and the Tangent (tastes like a really creamy orange creamsicle) and Reece actually remembered who I was and ask how I liked my nano. You just don't see that after one visit, normally! I am really big on customer service and friendliness when it comes to repeat visits...Reece sealed the deal today. Please, keep up the great work, the great customer service, and the wonderful tasting juices!
