Welcoming is an understatement, they made me feel part of the group, all were so helpful. It was hard to tell who worked there and those just hanging out. A bit old school which you don't see any more. Not old in the sense of anything other than fantastic customer service. I ended up looking at a few pipes, bought one with zero pressure. Got a chance to test drive the pipe and few tobaccos. I am very much today enjoying "Pride of Kings" and Stokkebye's Bullseye Flake. If you are near West Tampa or far for that matter, stop in. This is THE place for Cigars and Pipe related goods. This will become my Saturday morning drive.

One failure of the Yelp review system is that, sometimes, five stars does not do a business justice. I have frequented Mellow Mood for years now, and I cannot adequately describe how wonderful this shop is with only five stars. The depth of knowledge, inventory, and personal attention you receive at Mellow Mood is unparalleled. I do not say this in terms of smoke shops. I say this in terms of any shop, period. Whether you are looking for vaping devices or juice or products related to tobacco consumption, you will find it here. If you do not know what you are looking for, the staff will find something for you that fits every possible preference. You could walk in this evening with no idea what you are looking for, and you will walk out with a product that is perfect for you. In the rare instance that a product is sold out, it will be restocked in a timely fashion. If you are looking for a shop that oozes customer service and understands the industries it specialize in, Mellow Mood should be your first destination, and it will likely be your last. I cannot imagine a reason to go anywhere else aside from distance, and even then, the drive is well worth it. read more

I think I stop in here at least once a week. You CAN'T beat the prices here. I always bring new people in and they are amazed at the selection of juices including cbd vape and nicotine choices! I love going here, however I can never leave without buying more stuff! Definitely worth checking out!!! Huge selection like I said and amazing prices. I bring my friends in the military because he is usually willing to do some sort of deal for them :). The owner is an awesome guy and usually gives you good deals if you go in there often! Great shop, good prices and knowledgeable Dude runs it. Tons of glass from high end to cheaper but still LIT pieces. Just bought my first cape and fell I got hooked up... Been working perfect and Everywhere I look online it's $20 more. He answered every question I had about it and told me to come by for a lesson on changing the coil which I will be. I been around to quite a few smoke shops, and Mellow Mood is by far my best experience in the TampaBay area! Starting with their prices being on point. And the one on one help assistance if needed. Not to mention the honesty and the knowledge along with the experience this shop offers. I have broken my ecig a few times and they always fix me right up.
