The person that was in my car during that accident has received their money 6 months ago from my insurance company. The offer was excepted and the check was mailed on the 7th of January and they still haven't given me my money. Norma keeps telling me she is call State Farm and nobody is answering the phone which I know is a lie because I have delt with them before and if the person is busy some one else always handled my call. This company has done nothing but lied to me and I'm paying them over 9000 dollars and they can't take the time to cut my check. It's been 2 weeks since the check was over night to them. They will probably make me wait longer because I'm writing this but I want people to know. They take on too many cases and don't have time to do them all so they make you wait beware their commercial sound good. And yes I have emailed Mr Farah about this situation back in Sept.

If you're like me and like to have your attorney (or their team) reach out biweekly about treatment, the next step in your case, updates, or just to check in do not go with this law firm. They are too busy being busy or they have a high turnover in their back office team to send clients an email consecutively every 2 weeks (or call/text). I had like 3 case managers in 2 months and only 1 knew what was going on in my case. I want my legal team to advocate for me like I'm their friend and my friend would have at least used the free mailchimp service to send me an email so that I stay up-to-date with my case, treatments, and whatever else randomly that may come up.
