Less crowded but there were kids from locals and they looked like among 2-7 years old. The gyms were well designed for the purpose of safety but the ground was not covered by a mat so I was not comfortable to let the last baby walking. The gym was close by a parking and could get there by a stroller. A lot of tree made shadow so parents can sit down under shadows and be cool.

The wood chips look very clean. The equipment here are also very clean and well-maintained. When we went to this playground, it didnt seem overly crowded as well so the little one had a blast. After familiarizing with the place, she had to courage to go explore the playground. She had a blast there. We will definitely be including this in our list of playgrounds to continually visit.

The playground surface is padded, which is always great for when kids inevitably fall down.

This park has two enormous fields, where I see soccer played a lot. In between the two fields, there is a sheltered dining area, bathrooms, and a long row of benches that connect the front of loop trail to the back of the loop trail. This loop trail can be a little challenging because it's quite hilly, no matter which direction you go in. But I see several people walking or jogging it all the time, and I see why, it's worth it! I appreciate the fact that this park is open until 11 PM, so sun down doesn't necessarily mean it's time to go. And of course, the potential for Pokemon Go hunting is always there ;-)

But if it happens to be full, you've got the whole plaza's parking lot... even though you might have to walk a bit. I didn't really start actively exploring the park until the Pokemon Go days... they had a gym and pokestops -- thanks iconic park landmarks!. The park is pretty open -- though it's weird being on the back of a whole plaza building haha. ! While I haven't been to any yet, they have quite a few local events there, like live music and such... not now though, it's cold! The walkway is all dirt at the entrance, and you can either stop over the hanging chain or walk around on either side of the two posts. Straight ahead there's a baseball field that I haven't seen used since I moved to the area. To the right, there's a basketball court with one bench, and to the left is a soccer field and bleachers. Most evenings, a soccer league comes through and parks along the entire Mandan Road strip to play in the field. It's nice to see the field being utilized, but it's hard to see around the parked cars when making a left or right turn from Ora Glen Drive. Jogging or running a lap around the field is definitely good for you, but the field gets muddy really easily. And if one wanted to have a picnic or something there, there's no shade to sit in. The bleachers are directly in the middle of the area, and there's only one bench at the bball court to sit on. It would be nice if the entrance had a walkway and there was an official loop around the perimeter of the field.
