My friend called around 5:21 PM to ask where they were and the lady told her that they were on their way and that there were no notes. When we called after 6 o'clock, which is the time that they were supposed to be there by, the lady told us that they showed up, but nobody was here. Of course, that was a lie. I was at my house and no one showed up. No one knocked on the door and no one attempted to call either. No truck entered the property. The lack of communication was horrible! Do not suggest!!! Got a call today after I gave them feed back and she said their gps showed them at the property and I call BS. At the end of the day, they didn't knock on a door that was wide open. She said they stayed on the property for 30 mins. Yet again, BS Ps: my neighbors didn't speak with y'all. I was outside with them and majority don't speak English nor Spanish lol nice try though.

They offer delivery service and installation for a small fee. You can get them separate which is what I did as I do not have a vehicle that can transport a washer and dryer that I bought from them. This was new or lightly used appliances. They offer a 30 day warranty as well. I did have a small problem with the washer and called the same day they delivered and they were able to resolve my problems 30 mins later by sending out a person to take care of the issue to my satisfaction.
