We just purchased the house and it needs a new roof, but we can't replace the roof until the tree is trimmed because the tree envelops the roof. Explained the situation to them and scheduled a date - then they canceled again!! The reason for cancellation is because of storage damaged houses... which is totally understandable. We asked that much of the fullness be left on the tree as it shades the house during a particularly hot summer. Too much was cut from the tree so the shade now is minimal. I would recommend tagging branches you want cut or providing a photo. Otherwise too much may be removed. Note, it was done prior to an aggressive monsoon, so we were ecstatic that two of the branches were cut. We wanted to save as much as possible of the other branches.

They never arrived from 3:45 PM up until the time they were supposed to be there. My friend called around 5:21 PM to ask where they were and the lady told her that they were on their way and that there were no notes. When we called after 6 o'clock, which is the time that they were supposed to be there by, the lady told us that they showed up, but nobody was here. Of course, that was a lie. I was at my house and no one showed up. No one knocked on the door and no one attempted to call either. No truck entered the property. The lack of communication was horrible! Do not suggest!!! Got a call today after I gave them feed back and she said their gps showed them at the property and I call BS. At the end of the day, they didn't knock on a door that was wide open. She said they stayed on the property for 30 mins. Yet again, BS Ps: my neighbors didn't speak with y'all. I was outside with them and majority don't speak English nor Spanish lol nice try though.
