I ordered a battery charger from BatteryPlex for my stairlift at a cost of $119.99 + $19.99…read moreshipping. However, when my repairman arrived to service the stairlift, he said he didn't need the battery charger and suggested that I return it. In order to return it, I needed to contact the company to receive an RMA number. However, the number wasn't for the purpose of being reimbursed for return shipping. So I would not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping ($19.99), and I had to pay $20.72 in shipping to return it. In addition, I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. BatteryPlex received the battery charger on the morning of 11/4/16, and I still haven't been reimbursed what is owed me minus the restocking charge. So don't order from this company unless you are absolutely sure that you are ordering the absolute right product.
