On Saturday 11-28-2020 I was looking for a battery for my radar gun. I called the place and found out that the were closing in 9 min. (It was 6:51 pm asn they close at 7pm. I arrived to the store around 6:53pm, I told the guy there what I needed and he said that they didn't have the batteries. I told him that in the website the said they had in stock, the guy refused to look for it and say that they didn't have it, end Of the story. I said that I was going to check on their website and He said that he needed to close the store because the had to be somewhere and he needed me out of it since it was 7pm" That guy had zero interest on making a sell. Bought a battery about 6 months ago that was acting up and mistakenly thought I had bought it here so after it was Jump started by AAA, I came here. Both gentlemen who helped me out were SO nice and super helpful. They immediately knew the battery I had was not purchased at their store but still ran tests and looked at the battery without hesitation. The battery turned out to be okay (even though AAA said otherwise) but they noticed the terminal was loose. They showed me what they meant and tightened it up for me. Car started perfectly after, so that was probably the issue (and AAA didn't even care to look for this). Huge selection of batteries and light bulbs (DUH!). Lots of hard to find items, and super-friendly staff. Ordered online, (and got a 10% discount) and got an email when my order was ready. I live about 15 minutes away and had another errand to run on my way over. When I got there, my order was sitting at the front desk. This is now my go to place for bulbs. It's an owner-operated franchise (they have two locations), and I like to support local businesses. Highly recommend never getting your iPhone screen replaced here. I got my Apple iPhone 7 plus screen replaced or fixed twice, First time they didn't properly fit the screen in place so light was coming through the bottom right side of my screen and causing a yellow hue so I went back and they fixed it, thanks but that's not the big issue. The screens they use are not Safire which is what comes from the factory, you can see this because the color quality is so bad, I mentioned it to them and of course the employees didn't "notice". Upon returning home I plug my phone into the charger and start using it on the charger as I've done in the past and the screen freaks out, when I try to open something it opens something completely different and starts texting randomly, I made sure my screen was completely clean and it was. They didn't want to help me on this issue either , of course they plug it in and it works fine for the 5 seconds of clicking one app. Just my luck I guess. Well I got home and using my Apple charger from the box and it was still not letting me click on the app I wanted to and processed again to spazz out, no more playing with iPhone on charger I guess? I actually broke my screen on my purpose to get a new one at Apple and THANK GOODNESS the screen looks as it should bright in color! Not dull in the color & the camera facing me is CLEAR again, finally have HD photos again and I can play with it on the charger!!! ***** The company they use is not worth it, PLUS they charge the same amount as Apple. Good price, ordered the battery I needed with install. Confirmed with corporate NOT on the "difficult install" list (it's one of the most popular cars in the US). Get to the store right on time. Guy won't install. Says too much time. Store is empty. I ask why take install appts? He has no response. He tests battery, ignoring my explanation that the aux battery and main are attached so any reading is NOT CORRECT. He looked dumbfounded. Wouldn't do anything else except run away. So now I have a battery I can't install due to psoriatic arthritis (I'm likely doing it anyway out of anger for the store) and the best I can get is a "the owners group will get back to you." Really?! You know there are a half dozen stores that do exactly what you do within a mile and $20 difference? Except they don't bait and switch and act like batteries are a foreign device that landed from mars. Complete waste of time and needless added aggravation. BTW, I'm a retired procurement exec with an extensive network of fleet buyers and purchasing directors I've trained over the years. They get 100's of phones fixed and vehicle batteries replaced annually and prefer win-win relationships. Way to blow a first impression and potential scaled up business. That's just how easy it is to blow it. Speaking of scaling, if I do not get a reply and installation offer (preferably in my driveway like Safelite, because no way am I coming back to that store), my next emails will be to the BBB, AG, local chamber, Google reviews and Instagram! Both repairs to my IPhone 5c and 4s are in need to be returned. And fixed again both screens ( not glass ) have issues. Third repair I gave them for a different 5c needed a charge port. I got the port fixed at fixology. As they had the port in stock. And I am still having issues. I think I need to state clearly to not give me back the phone until it accepts a 100% charge. And holds it. My conclusion is they are lacking good OEM products. ( the visualizers ) And inconclusive testing. read more

I came to this store looking for a car battery because the dealership was an obscene amount and several autoparts stores I visited didn't have the right battery. This batteries plus location had an appropriate battery in stock, which cost less than half of the cost of the part at the dealership, and they also installed the battery in my vehicle for me with the use of a memory saver to preserve important internal settings. There was a relatively minor issue that resulted after the battery was installed but this appears to be a common issue that happens during electrical work on my model. Most impressively, the staff has been very friendly, responsive, and took responsibility to fix the minor issue. I would definitely recommend doing business with Batteries Plus. read more

VERY, VERY OVERPRICED! You can find the same thing much cheaper at Wal-Mart, Festival Flea Market, or online. The guy told me he had ONLY ONE LEFT. Oh boy, lucky me! He didn't give me the packaging. I asked for it, he asked why? I said I want it. Glad I did, you need it for a return. The cell phone battery was $40.00! Same thing at Wal-Mart $10.00. Online Battery site $8.95 with free shipping. Long story short, that night I realized it wasn't the battery, it was my wall charger. I went to Kmart and bought a charger for $14.00. Returned his $40.00 battery, I saw items in HIS STORE TRIPLE THE PRICE than Wal-Mart etc... HE ALSO TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT RETURN HIS $40.00 BATTERY BECAUSE MY BATTERY WASN'T GOING TO HOLD A CHARGE. Horrible experience . My son cracked his phone . He spent $90 to replace the screen and add a screen protector . Less than a week later there is a crack . In addition there is a substance stuck in between the cover and the phone . There is a warranty but was told there nothing they can do. Obviously it was installed incorrectly . The manager Tom could not resolve the issue and his customer service was poor . I will follow up with the owner tomorrow & update the review of the issue is resolved. I'd say stay away . read more

Franchisee/Store Manager refused to honor contract. He was so threatening & confrontational he didn't realize that I didn't want him to repair the phone. I went in to HIS STORE to try to get him to put in writing what he told me. "I won't work on your phone because it can't be fixed". Three great things about this store that bring me back; they don't try to push and sell you want you don't need, they are very friendly, and the prices are extremely competitive. Has anyone ever gotten this store to honor the 1 year battery warranty? It took me about 5 calls and 3 trips to the store over a 6 week period to finally get them to replace a 7 month old battery that wouldn't hold its charge. They kept saying the tests showed that the battery was fine but it would keep its charge for about 30-40 minutes and then die instead of the 2-3 hours I was getting. I don't know anything about batteries except that it doesn't work! They finally did agree to replace it but it was strange - the one guy told the other to ring it up and he got upset that it would be changed to him and not the other person. Are they so heavily incentivized never to take back a battery that it gets charged against them as employees? Then they could seem to figure out how to issue a refund - they kept having to change the price till they finally got the cost down to a penny! Again, almost like they have never issued a refund before! New battery worked great and is working as expected. I called to tell them it was the battery (they had blamed my device as faulty). They then said we are running a motor with the old battery without any issues but then let slip but you have a new battery so of course it will work better! Why offer a 1 year warranty if customers have to fight to redeem it? I feel badly for the employees who have to work there and they are probably just doing what they are told but would advise caution to anyone buying a battery there. read more

Best Customer Service in Florida. These men will help you fix or find the fix to any electronic item you have. They are courteous, friendly and enjoy the challenge of new fixes. This will always be my first stop when I need help with an electric or electronic. I own a pricey Dyson Air multiplier that stopped working. Dyson was unable to offer any assistance (Dyson has the worst customer service ever!) took my Dyson fan into Batteries Plus and they trouble shot until it was working. GREAT PLACE. GREAT GUYS.
