I found the staff both office staff and the gentleman who delivered the dumpster and picked up to be fantastic They were polite, and when dropping off the dumpster they were careful to not damage trees, fences or other things on the property. It was a great rate, very affordable, and delivered and picked up when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone. And use them again if the need arises. read more

I have used this company multiple times and as long as you abide by their restrictions everything is great. There is a weight limit, certain items may not be thrown in the dumpster and calling for a pick up appointment can not be made in advance and is on the renter to call and arrange pick up date, if you go beyond the 10 days you are charged a reasonable daily fee until the pick up order is made. Make sure the dumpster is not over the height limit and the dumpster is not blocked for pick up or drop off...follow these rules and the quote given is the amount charged. We had a Wick building full of what previous renters had left--their JUNK! We had to get rid of it, but renting a dumpster can get EXPENSIVE!! Budget Dumpster was WONDERFUL! They delivered an 8'x22' dumpster, we had it for a week, and it was FULL when it left, but our Wick building was EMPTY! It was GREAT! I recommend them for whatever job you have to do! read more

We needed a dumpster to clean my moms house after she passed. We ordered it one day and we had it when they said we would have it and was able to keep it for 10 days to do the things we needed to do. I would use them again because customer service was helpful, got back to me when I had questions and very kind during a sad time. I would recommend the service. read more

Terrible service, they'll charge you for anything they can. I rented a dumpster from Budget Dumpster on May 26,2017 and they had delivered it to me when I requested. They give you 10 days with the dumpster anything after that is a fee, which is understandable. I called to have mine picked up and left a voicemail on June 5,2017 that noone had returned until I was 3 days late. Once I called back 3 days later a gentlemen told me I will now owe them money for being 3 days late. I was pretty upset considering I tried contacting budget dumpster and was not able to get a hold of anyone. I received an email stating I had to pay the fee for the dumpster being late. Then, on June 28,2017, a month later, I received a fee stating my dumpster was exceeded the 1 ton limit! First off, the items that were in the dumpster were two toilets, two vanities, a bathtub and some laminate flooring since we had remodeled the bathroom. On top of that some carpet that had been rolled up and thrown in there as well (pretty light material). There was NO WAY the weight exceeded my 1 ton limit. On top of that, they cut branches off of my tree so they can back in the dumpster into my driveway. Once they realized that that branches were in the way the left the dumpster on the opposite side of my driveway, which was no issue. (The branches were thrown into the dumpster). Either way, very dissatisfied. I thought I was getting a great deal for $269 with taxes included but it ended up being just as expensive if I went with any other company in the area. read more

I needed a dumpster as soon as possible due to a very limited time. I was told it would be there the next day between 10am and 11am. I was never informed when I agreed to the rental that it may not arrive until 6pm. If I had know that I would have shopped around instead of booking this dumpster. It did not arrive until almost 6pm after multiple attempts to get it expedited resulting in at minimum 15 -20 minute hold times listening to "dont worry be happy". I was worried and very unhappy. Ultimately, I was given a $25 credit. Then today, 3 weeks after our dumpster rental, I got a bill for $33 for weight overage! It's not like I could weigh the dumpster myself. It was not overly full. This is ridiculous, and I would definitely not recommend this dumpster service. read more

Do not try and do business with these people. I scheduled a dumpster to be delivered for a specific day due to time constraints. I followed up to verify the dumpster would be delivered and was assured it would be. I was then called at the last minute and was told that they had not scheduled the delivery even with 4 days notice. They were not concerned with their complete lack of customer service and did nothing to rectify their mistake. This business is a joke and a waste of your time. Go with one of the major players in Wichita. These people do not deserve anyone's business. read more

My experience with this company has been a complete mess. I have a number of rentals and I have to clear them out regularly. Typically I don't have problems with dumpsters but I've never used this company before. I figured what the heck they are pretty cheap. Where to start here? First off every staff member I had a conversation with was rude. I don't know if they have some cultural issues over there but simply rude staff. Next they said the dumpster would be out fairly early in the morning so I had my crew out there early. Unfortunately the dumpster didn't arrive until late in the afternoon. I called them up to ask where it was and was simply told it would be there some time today. The staff member said he could call to find where it was at but simply wouldn't. They dropped the unit off and instead of dropping it in my drive way they parked it halfway in the grass. Once we got the unit out there my crew loaded it up. I called to have it picked up and told the person that the unit was very full. I was told it shouldn't be a problem. When they came to pickup the unit however, they said it was too full. Not only did they not pick it up they charged me $150 dollar fee. I told the staff member I was upset about the fee and said I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I was told that there are no supervisors that work for the company so I couldn't speak with one. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They still haven't picked up the unit so it still might get worse but I have to share my experience up to this point. Do not use this company. It's simply not worth the savings and you probably won't save anything in the end anyways! read more
