I would rate this company a ZERO and would not recommend them. Most of the positive reviews seem to focus on their installations and pricing, but my experience with their warranty service has been extremely disappointing. For the past several weeks, I've been trying to get a warranty issue resolved. Multiple appointments were scheduled, yet no one showed up. When I called the office to address the problem, I was told that Robert/Robbie would contact me to schedule the repair. However, I had already been speaking directly with Robert, and he told me that scheduling is handled by his owner/boss and is outside of his control. This lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has turned what should have been a simple warranty repair into an ongoing battle. I also asked Robert for his boss's phone number because I wanted to discuss the issue directly with management. Unfortunately, I never received a response to that request either. To make matters worse, I explained that this repair needed to be completed by a specific date due to an upcoming inspection. I was assured that the issue would be addressed on the morning of the re-inspection and that someone would be there first thing in the morning to take care of it. Unfortunately, that commitment was not honored either. I would also note that when researching Budget Gutters on social media, I noticed negative reviews and comments appear to be removed or deleted. This makes it difficult for potential customers to get a complete and balanced picture of other customers' experiences and raises concerns about transparency. I would like to start by saying was astonished by the office young lady who answered the phone. Amy was her name I believe. She was able to answer every question that had right down to the smallest detail. She was even able to quote me over the phone. She is a true gem and asset to Budget Gutters. I had assumed she was the owner by the knowledge and professionalism she presented however she informed she was not. All I could think was WOW! I most certainly hope she is very well compensated for her hard work, knowledgeable and stellar customer service. The install went off without a hitch and I am very happy with my gutters and leaf sheilds. I think that's what they are referred as? I would recommend them to everyone looking for gutters. Visited the home show at the recent PSL home show and came across their booth. Decided it was time to upgrade from my '97 era gutters. Our quote was sent promptly with all warranty details. Did our due diligence and secured two other quotes. Budget Gutters was VERY competitive! The office staff is efficient and thorough. Installers arrived on time preceded by a complimentary call by Lee advising us of their ETA. The removal of my existing gutter was fast and new gutters installed within 2 hours. I had one "in ground" drain that transitioned under a section of concrete and Lee did an excellent job of mating the new larger downspout to the existing drain. Very satisfied with quality of the product, install, and politeness of both installers! Great job! read more

The gutters performed perfectly, and the price I paid was quite a bit lower than my other 2 estimates. Also, the communication was so professional. We had the liberty of meeting the installer Maurice for our installation and let's just say, he was knowledgeable and polite. Other companies that we got estimates from weren't as welcoming. Originally called leaf filter and was shocked at how high their prices are. Called around a few places and was a out to opt out of getting gutter but came across a community board and asked for recommendations and Budget gutters came highly recommend and to my surprise they were under my budget. I was even able to get leaf guards and gutters for my entire home at a fraction of what others wanted for just gutters. Very happy customer here for sure. read more
