I bought my backpack from here when they had a special on, and got a pretty good deal. The backpack has lasted me for a few years now and has seen its fair share of travelling. Every time that I've been in here they seem to have a pretty good sale on, which is brilliant because the retail prices of most of their products are quite steep. Expensive but good quality. I guess you want good quality gear that's going to last the distance when you're going for an outdoor adventure. Nothing worse than having a crap sleeping bag or a backpack that snaps when you're out in the middle of nowhere. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

A diagnosis of the problem and the prognosis followed, not so bad after all and not in need of urgent, urgent attention. We've lined up Mick and his team to correct the problem of a failed shower mixer which in turn is creating the slow leak. He thinks the job will only take a day and no biggie. That's the best news this summer to go along with the best weather we've had on record in a long time on the island.

Old school, no nonsense, great work and no heart attack when the bill comes. That's what you want, and that's what I've had from Hoffman Plumbers. The vanity unit the plumber connected is heavy mahogany, marble and brass. That didn't stop the guy lifting it, and somehow carrying it through the bathroom and setting it down at the right spot before connecting it. That alone shows the above and beyond level of service - you can trust these guys to get it done correctly.
