Sales persons Dusty and Alex who visited our home to assess the work. Dusty provided us with a very reasonable and fair price for the project. We needed to address water stains from a 2023 roof leak in three ceiling areas, as well as hairline cracks from the house settling over the last 22 years. The team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. Chris, the Crew Leader, clearly explained the work plan and how the team would proceed. Matt, the Lead Painter, along with Alexis and Kay, worked exceptionally well together. Matthew, especially, went above and beyond, even having to drive back into Albuquerque on the second day just to pick up the blue paint for my front door because someone else had forgotten to order it, and he was under the impression that the front door was just going to be painted the same color as the white trim. There was also another misunderstanding with Chris regarding the painting of my trim and whether it was included in the estimate, but that was quickly ironed out as well. Update: The cabinets and laminate flooring in the kitchen are still great, but the epoxy coating on the garage floor is disintegrating fast. I wouldn't recommend wasting $1000 to have this done. If the floor gets wet at all, the paint comes off. And when you sweep the floor, the confetti comes off and leaves gray holes in the paint.
