I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a peace and quiet away from town. They were only 8 miles from boat ramps to lake ohae. There were also many options from from full food service to self catering. My family choose the self catering and rented the entire lodge and was able to sole access to the large kitchen.

Either way, I had an enjoyable stay here. The lady at the front desk upgraded me from a basic room to king size at no extra cost! That was nice. The bed had a bunch of pillows (five), so that was a plus too. The room also came with a fridge and microwave. Overall, it was comfortable and fully suited my needs. The only minor complaint was the parking situation. Parking was very limited, but luckily I was able to grab the last spot. Worst case, you could park on a nearby street. A good choice if you're looking to stay in Pierre as Baymont is right on the main strip with bars, restaurants and gas stations all within walking distance.

The night before our flight we received a notification from United Airlines (definitely do not recommend United) that our flight would be delayed due to the crew not having enough time to rest, so I messaged Bailey at 10pm and she had our new flights and transportation booked a half hour later. When we needed a different flight on our way back she handled it right away. We would definitely recommend Nomad Travel if you want a stress free travel experience!
