They took all day... 12 hours... And never finished...... plus they lost the most valuable and precious box of my children's artwork and the only reason I didn't take it myself was because I figured that it was only a two minute walk and it was a heavy box. The next day we had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I was just on the phone with the company because was transferred to them when I put in a request for movers to give me estimates. The woman, I was speaking with hung up on me when I told her about this situation.... that alone explains how horrible this company is. If I could give this company, no stars I would, but you have to give some so I gave it one.

The two gentlemen that showed up were fast, efficient, friendly and most of all careful with our things. They were super fit and strong and moved everything including a 300+ pound antique dentist's chair from the 1920s. That thing is a beast and the two of them moved it with care and made it look easy. I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to feel like they were careful with our possessions, even the bulky, heavy, or cumbersome ones. We even got some fantastic restaurant recommendations from them before they left! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help loading or unloading in the Savannah area!

It was ultimately delivered and cleared. Despite this, the company charged my personal credit card multiple times without authorization while they were unavailable to accept the properly issued payment. This happened even while there was ongoing communication with their finance leadership. I've reported the charges, but there has been no meaningful response or resolution. Between providing incorrect information, failing to receive payment, and making unauthorized charges, this raises serious concerns. Proceed with caution.

Called them, stated the problem and they agreed to come out the next day. Well these promises went on for three days until they finally stated they were too busy to come back. I than hired an appliance repair company who found the problem to be that the drain line was installed to deep and was fixed in ten minutes. The 2nd time was equally as good, however, when I moved this last time into my home, they sent 2 trucks and 4 guys. The one that I had requested, which I had the first time was not available that day so they sent 4 others out. The one lead guy did not stay on top of the others and they just did what they wanted. They were slow, careless and I ended up with damaged furniture, damaged doorways into my NEW house and not one did they have the curtesy to let me know. They put things in one room that I asked them to and ended up just piling things on top of other things to the point where I can't get to anything without moving everything out. They put the remainder of the stuff in the garage and it looks like a trash heap in both my one bedroom and the garage. It took them almost 8 hours to move me. I did have 3 storage units, however, it only took 2 hours to move into the biggest one and about 1 1/2 hours to move into the 2nd one. I moved myself into the 3rd one. That was with only 2 guys per unit. This time, it took over 4 hours to move out of the units. That is insane. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend to anyone if you value your possessions and your time and money.
