We requested the virtual check out as we needed the truck before hours. Luckily when we arrived there was an employee available because the virtual check out wasn't working. She was able to get us figured out, because the online number had very long wait times to even speak with anyone.

This location does not honor their reservations and their customer service is lackluster at best…read more You cannot trust this moving company for your moving needs. They did not honor our reservation by renting our reserved vehicle out from under us to a walk in earlier that morning and while talking to them at the counter about this they were very rude and blamed the entire sell-out issue on us because our reservation time was later in the day (10am, which was the earliest available reservation online) and because we had not walked in when they opened up (7am). We opened a CAF with the reservation manager and shortly after talking with them we decided to go back to the location to see if they had finally had an available rental, which was something we were promised to get later in the day. When we went back they had two trucks on their lot of the length that we reserved and 5 other trucks of different lengths. So we went inside to inquire about them and were rudely told that we could not rent these vehicles even though they were on the lot and were subsequently told to come back tomorrow and try again. We called and updated our CAF with the manager who told us we will be speaking with a General manager within the next 3 days. Which is a step in the right direction, is unfortunately too late for our move this weekend. It is very humorous to me that their dial tone waiting music says something to the extent of "to keep our promises to you, we will be recording this call". Instead U-Haul, you can keep your promises to your customer by honoring your online reservations and treating your customers with respect.

As i'm driving around the corner this dude comes zooming out of some gravel parking spots and has to slam on his brakes to keep from hitting my car. I proceed to find my storage unit, park next to building, and this dude has the GALL to come holler at me to roll down my window, then asks if i need help. And i'm like no sir just waitin on my pops bringing some stuff to storage. And then proceeds to say something dickish about the fact that I looked like i needed help and something about him almost hitting me. I didn't completely hear the end of what he was saying but like dude was CLEARLY pissed that his dumbass almost hit ME, because HE was zooming through the parking lot on the golf cart. So hey management, next time one a your guys is zooming through the parking lot on his golf cart and almost hits somebody, how about you slow the fuck down and get off the golf cart instead of approaching the customer and saying some rude shit as if it was MY fault YOU had to slam on your brakes as i'm going even below the speed limit of the complex tryin to find my storage unit. Yes i know i cursed a few times but like that's just unacceptable. I don't like confrontation and i don't like having issues with folks, especially when i didn't do a damn thing wrong to him. I sent him a text to remind him 8 days before and told him when we would be there. He said "All right. Yeah, I should be there on the 20th." I sent him a text the night before to remind him, another text the morning of, called twice and left messages, went to the lot but no one was there and I never heard a word back from him. I was stuck with the camper and had to scramble last minute to find an alternative. I can understand if something came up but he never returned my calls or texts to offer an explanation or apology. I am thankful that someone told me about the "Neighbor" app where people offer their private space for a storage alternative.
