I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company due to extremely poor customer service. When I called simply trying to find out where my car had been taken with my State Farm Claim on the phone, the agent I spoke with (I believe his name was Jay) was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Instead of providing basic information or guidance, he spoke to me unprofessionally, cursed at me and asked me to stop calling the business. I even asked him if he was having a bad day and he stated "I'm not having a bad day, I have my car, you're having a bad day and I'm about to hang up on you." Being without your vehicle is already stressful, and the lack of empathy and cooperation made the situation even worse. I expected at least basic courtesy and support, but unfortunately that was not the case. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Hired through State Farm's roadside assistance to tow my car to a tire shop and the tow driver's inability to hand my keys to the shop's technician has led to my expensive key fob being stolen or lost. All he had to do was give the key to the technician when it was asked for, instead of putting my fob on the counter irresponsibly. However, I decided to keep his card and use him and share the information with all of my coworkers (that card is coming down as soon as I walk in the building next week). I called to get pricing and a young black guy answered. I asked a simple question about pricing (do you do mileage based on shortest route or longest route or does it all depend on traffic, like if there is an accident), he didn't even let me finish the question, said I was rude and to never call back. I tried to explain my budget is very tight and that matters for me in regarding to having the money. He hung up on me again. I called back and the same thing. Budget Towing USA picked up the tow request from my insurance company. Said it'd be 25-65 minutes. I had intended to stay with the car but had to use the restroom. A friend came and got me so I could. I called the company to let them know. They asked me to leave the keys ar the vehicle. I did. After using the bathroom and running an errand with my friend, I returned to my vehicle. The 65 minutes has come and gone. I called the company to get an update. The dispatch rep said it would be another hour. I asked why? He remembered me and said "didn't you leave the keys at the car?" I said, "yes, but I didn't realize that would change your ETA." At which point he said some things about being busy, not arguing with customers, Henry county traffic and hung up. I made some other calls, asked my friend to help me take my child to work, and called back. I thought maybe that wasn't intentional? I called back and discovered it was intentional. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said he was the owner! He said he'd meant to hang up on me and he was cancelling the job. Good thing, too, it was reassigned and the new tow company came within 30 minutes. They were super nice. Morale of the story: AVOID THIS COMPANY. 0 stars read more

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Jamal W was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The way I came across this company is through my insurance company. They were very quick to respond now I see why because they have no other customers. The message that I received from my insurance company stated that the cost would be $7 after 15 miles the place is 17 miles from my house, it also stated that I could pay with cash or card. Jamal called me and told me that my balance is $49 and they needed payment before they could drop my car off. I asked for an explanation of the price he proceeded to get smart with me I told him that I don't have a problem making the payment I just needed clarification on the price because the place was 17 miles from my house. Well the jerk continued to get smart with me and told me that he will have my car taken back to my home and hung up the phone on me. He then called my insurance company and told them that I refused to pay, which was not true. I explained to the rep from my insurance company what took place. She then put us on the line together Jamal and I and explained to him my questions and concerns this very unprofessional man proceeded to say I explained that to her and she know why she is being charged $49.00 I was then informed that they could impound my car for me not paying $49.00... lol I paid the $49.00 that was never the problem I wanted an explanation as to why it was $49.00 that's all but Jamal W found it easier to be nasty and make threats. I went with another company. I write a honest review on Google about the customer service of the dispatcher I spoke with. The company replied saying I threatened the dispatcher and the driver (that I never spoke to or seen) with a firearm. The service was cancelled, the driver never made it to the vehicle and the next company arrived within 30 min. There's no way I threatened the driver with a firearm because he never arrived due to the service being cancelled. This is how the company does business with lies.
