I just want to tell you what I'm gonna tell everyone that ask so you understand the experience customers have and maybe pass this on to someone that can make sense of it please. The location on my drop off looked like it went out of business, attached are pictures and the building was vacant. I call customer service and the first person didn't understand and told me I would have to come back another day which made no sense since the locations office was complete cleaned out and vacant. The second customer service agent said I could drive it to there office at the international airport, different but ok, I drive another 13 miles to the airport, there is no budget truck rental there, at this point my wife starts having a anxiety attack and I'm having to get her to the hospital, the third customer service agent told me the address of a 24 hr drop off location since it looked like the first one was out of business and we were having a medical emergency but he told me the wrong address, he told me 4909 E 41st Tulsa ok, I got there and it's a shopping center, the 4th customer service agent told me it's 4909 w 41st so I drop 10 miles to E 41st then another 10 miles to 4909 W 41st st. Finally I was able to drop it off in a drop box with part of the contract just like I was instructed when I first picked up the truck, btw it was his first day at that location when I picked up the truck, he couldn't find everything he needed so not sure the check out process was even done right but now I'm waiting on my wife to get out of the ER her blood pressure is through the roof read more

The lady that manage/owns this location is a liar and a thief! She tried to force me to buy an additional $69/day for insurance even though my insurance told her the vehicle was completely covered. Absolutely would not recommend this location. Was told over the phone before I rented, it would be no problem if I didn't have my physical lic. I had a picture and plenty more gov. Docs with me. She stated that she wasn't going to do it because she needs to physically "hold" my license ‍. I begged this woman (Brenda) letting her know how urgent it was and would and could bring it back same day. She said No! They always borrow my vans and bring them back filthy. I'm not sure who "They" is but I'm assuming since I'm a minority that's who "They" is. So in other words if I looked like her it would be no problem. Since I don't I'm dirty and untrustworthy. Budget truck rental headquarters in Tulsa, so posting this review on every Budget rental site in Tulsa. Budget truck rentals should be avoided at all costs. Equipment reliability and quality (i.e. tires, is suspect, some in condition that should not even be in the road.....for instance 6 yr old trailer tires that blow out). Their customer service is an absolute joke. Responsiveness to roadside assistance is awful (visualize 7 hr trip delay due to their incompetence and blantenly incorrect information regarding repair that never happened). Trying to resolve issue with them after the fact was Totally fruitless. They had zero compassion nor would not face up to their ineptitude and incompetence. Never ever use them. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Worst experience ever in dealing with a company that was clearly in error. read more

This is the worst truck rental place ever! When my son turned in the truck, he explains how you cannot put gas in the tank, it takes over 45 minutes to fill up. All the way from Calif. to Ok. he is stuck getting gas like this with his family sitting in the front seat waiting. His first truck broke down with a transmission failure. The owner, worker, or whoever runs the place named Brenda, does not care, runs the truck down to the gas station herself, and says, its not too bad, it only took me about 10 minutes to fill up. Thank God I had already called the main Budget office about the problem before he got there, or they would have charged him $9 a gallon for not bringing the truck back on full. He tells her it is really hard to fill up when the truck is hot, not like now, when its morning and the truck has been sitting over night. She says its ok, she's not even going to have the mechanic look at it, so I guess its just too bad for the next person. They are good at taking your money I guess, but not too good at customer service, or caring about a person driving across country. When I called to ask the number for customer service, I was pretty upset, and the other person who works there named George, hung up on me, because he said I wouldn't let him talk. I didn't want to hear him, I only wanted to tell him what happened, and get the phone number I needed. Stay away from here, there are other Budget rental places where the people are nice, and helpful. read more
