Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!

So we had it towed back home so we could find someone else. After it arrived home we discovered they had everything under the dashboard unplugged and pulled a part. Under the hood was the same thing and they took the instructions that the previous owner left each time he worked on it. So now our cars value went from 10,000 to a few hundred dollars. To fix what Nabozny's done will cost us several thousand. Please do yourself a favor and find another auto repair!!

My response to "Lifetime Transmission" review feedback. My bad, it had 24k miles when the transmisaion blewup!! Yes, I had my truck regeared to 436/37 as requested. Their disclaimer say within 14 days, I had it done within 30-45 days. Its not easy to find a shop, have them schedule it in, and do the work. So according to them, the extra 30 days and 150-200 driving miles on 37 inch tires ruined their "LIFETIME TRANSMISSION"!! Seriously, what a joke. Mind you that I drove the truck 175,000 miles with 37 inch tires!! I did not have the receipt, and the shop that did the Gearing work is under new name/ownership, so it has a new invoicing system and cannot get me a receipt. HOWEVER, "LIFETIME TRANSMISSION" knows the people at the shop. So I asked them to call the shop and verbally confirm the regearing. Mind you its a shop that they have worked with before.... they said not good enough... WOW. SO I asked, well can you please look at the vehicle and have your mechanics confirm it is regeared....they said not good enough.....WOW. In retrospect, when I went back and looked at reviews from Google, Yelp, Carfax and others.... there are other people who have had similar issues. You have to find them in the fluff reviews from their staff- I am sure. But those reviews are there..... and based on my experience they are likely real!!! Final word, I do not recommend "LifeTime" Transmission!! Horrible company, horrible people, poor workmanship, and they will find any excuse to void your warranty!!

I have a 2017 Silverado with 6 speed automatic transmission. I did flushes every 30k as dealer…read moresuggested but it still went out at just over 125,000. The dealers fix was to replace whole transmission but after shopping around I decided to go with Lifetime Transmissions. It was a little higher than other shops but the lifetime warranty is included in the price. Staff was friendly, helpful, and gave me peace of mind that the rebuild was going to be done right. Bonus, I also got to keep my original transmission. Lifetime put better parts and calibrated my transmission to where I don't have to worry about it going out in another 125k. Valerie was very thorough about maintaining the transmission for the lifetime warranty. The process was simple and straightforward, and my Silverado was back on the road very quickly. Thanks Lifetime Transmissions, I would recommend to anyone needing transmissions work!

I had electrical issues with a used Nissan. I had it in 3 different shops and spent almost 2000 dollars trying to get it repaired. The dealer ship wanted 4000k to repair it, and had the wrong diagnosis. Other shops told me to replace the ECM, sensors and wiring harnesses. Mike found the problem after one day- it turned out to be a short in a connector. The car runs great now!! I wish I would have known about this mechanic before I spend 2000 grand in the other 3 shops. Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, but also very honest. By exaggerating the findings, charging an exorbitant price and offering very little information to back up the reasoning. We had to press for information. That felt odd. BUT - they charge $139 to look at the vehicle then they do NOT waive that if you have the repairs done. Nothing illegal or unethical - just really BAD business strategy. And the final charge was WAY more than expected!! We found out later we would've saved a few hundred through our usual repair place. And it would've been guaranteed/warrantied. We only used Gary Johnson because of their reviews and the we thought the transmission needed specialized repairs. We should have stayed with who we trusted - we didn't know they did transmissions. Took our 2013 Hyundai Elantra to a well known local auto shop for an alignment. Our car was pulling left after putting on a new set of tires. They said they aligned it and charged us $103.00. Left the shop and notice it was still pulling left. Took it back and the service tech said it was aligned to spec. He went on to say that the car had been wreck and maybe caused other damage. I flat out told him, I have had this car since it was new off the show room floor and it had never been wrecked. So they alleged that they align it again. Took it home and it still pulled to the left. Took it back again and he said they will adjust it so it runs straight but it will cause unnecessary tire wear. Long story short (I know too late) it still pulled to the left. Did some in-depth research and found that Sam's Alignment & Brakes is the best in northeast Oklahoma. Took it to Sam's and he had it fully aligned in 50 minutes. Need I say more? He was so personal and down to earth to visit with while he explained everything he was doing as he was working on my car. Absolutely the best find I have ever made when it comes to auto repair. Best decision you can make, look no further.
