We would give zero stars if we could. Called them up for a road side service call on our…read moresemi-truck tire. Tire we had with us, to be changed out at location of the truck, on the side of the road. These guys are not true tire repair guys. The were unable to change out and mount our tire where the truck sat, which is standard procedure for normal ROAD SIDE Tire flat repair. They had to take our the tire to a "shop" somewhere to do it. Then bring it back, over two hours waiting on them. In the middle of this, after they returned with the tire to our driver, we requested pricing. They stated $696.22 for a service that runs less than $100 if not roadside, and about $300 for road side service. We were refusing service once they stated what they were charging, we asked for them to just take the tire back off, leave it how they found it. But of course, to do that, they needed to take it back to a tire shop!! We didn't have another two hours to wait for them to return it as it was, plus because it was getting late, we couldn't trust that they would even return our tire! Total rip off. They are not competent to provide ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. We break these tires down on a regular bases and mount and dismount at our personal yard. It's not something that requires anything special, other than the knowledge and ability to do so. They should not be offering services that they can not do. Again, these guys are not true ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. Absolute ROBBERY! There should be laws against what they did. Not a reputable place of business. RUN AWAY from them, they will rob you and keep you in a bind!
