This caused neither door to close correctly. The owner of 3rivers auto saw her leaving the gas station and said mam your doors not closed all the way. My wife broke into tears and explained what had happened. Trever told her that was a safety issue and gave her a card. Telling her to bring the car to his shop and he would fix it free of charge. The car was fixed for free and now we go to 3 rivers auto collision for all our auto needs.

We were told by Josh Talburt the owner of Pud's Paint/Fab & Collision the car would be ready on Wednesday 2/15/23. I called Wednesday and was told it would be ready until Friday. When my wife and I went to pick up the car on Friday the car was covered in dust with the keys on the roof parked outside. The interior of the car was filthy with stains on the front seats. The Drivers door where the dent was looked like someone painted with a spray can. We told Josh that this was unacceptable. He said he would "Buff it out". He did. When the car was retuned to us later on Friday there was a dent that was not there Friday morning. Josh told us to bring it back and he could "PDR" the dent. I told Josh Talburt this is not where I will do business ever in the future. I have several cars that I wanted to give to him for restoration. I suggest anyone reading this to think twice before taking any vehicle to this business! I spent all day Saturday 2/18/23 cleaning up the mess that "PUD'S Paint Fab & Collision left for me. The remedy that Josh Talburt gave me was he charged me $500 instead of the agreed estimate of $750 to $800. Trust me I would rather of paid the $800 to have my car done right. This is no way to run a business. Josh Talburt's exscuses were everything from supply chain issues to "I had an emergency road service. The last exscuse on Friday was one of his workers Uncles I believe had a heart attack! Again do yourself a favor do not use this business!

Last Friday we had a deer jump in front of our 2016 Chevy 2500. We have significant damage to the front bumper, air dam and grill. Without hesitation this morning we took this one to Pud's also. He will be able to have all repairs done next week and will help us deal with insurance to file the necessary claim documents. Josh and his crew are great to work with. It was a real eye sore but after quoting the repairs with several shops in town, my wife and I balked at the price and decided we didn't mind driving a kind of ugly car. Eventually the "bear" scratch began to rust and we decided that we needed to get it addressed before we ended up with extra ventilation through our tailgate. Having driven past Espino's shop several times, I was always impressed by the finished vehicles that were sitting in the driveway, all freshly painted and shined up like new. I decided to drive there one day to see what they would have to say. It was a little awkward because there isn't a front entrance so to speak, just a metal door that I opened and found myself right in the shop. I showed him what the issues were and he got on the phone to call someone about the availability of the bumper cover before quoting me a price that was lower than anybody else had been. We mainly communicated through text message but after 4 days in the shop it was finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived I hardly noticed the car because I expected to at least notice some bubbling or something where the deep scratch had been. The bumper was brand new and the paint match was very good. UPDATE: On the way back from the shop, the left front splash guard came loose and dragged against the tire. I was able to tie it back up for a quick fix. It's now been two days since I picked the car up and my wife just informed me that the front right splash guard came loose and was dragging, damaging the cover past the point of repair. The repairs that we took the car in for have been taken care of and we're very satisfied with that aspect. Unfortunately I would consider this an unfinished job considering the guards were not put back on properly. UPDATE 2: They had me bring the car back in and replaced the guard that was badly damaged and fixed the other. Mistakes happen and the way they handled it has earned my business going forward. I went back up there and the owner was hateful and started cussing me. He would not accept responsibility of what was happening. Stated there was nothing they could do. He was really nice before he was paid for the job, but as soon as there was an issue with the repair, his attitude flipped and became an instant jackass with the most hateful attitude and cussing me just because I didn't agree with him. I would recommend going somewhere else, as they do not stand behind their work.

Paint dont match and left rear taillight is rubbing the body due to complete incompetence. Shop acted carelessly and failed to meet industry standards in their repairs leading to further damage and intentional cover-up by using Stains,Paints or Dyes in attempt to cover-up (hide) scratched and or damaged interior trim panels,dashboard,door panels,rocker panels window rubber and trim.,,After 2 months and two attempts to try and get it right we decided to have my 2020 Chevy Silverado transported to another Bodyshop for further evaluation! I am encouraging everyone to file a Report with the States Attorney General's office and the FTC if You have unresolved issues with This Shop....100% "DEPLORABLE"
