They said "There was enough tread on tires that I only needed to replace the one tire". He checked and said he would have tire available after noon and He did. He called me once tire arrived and was mounted. I was in and out in under 20 min. All the staff were friendly and professional. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back.

I was able to wait in the vehicle while they performed the service. They did a quick light inspection at the beginning of the service by checking the headlights, high beams, hazards and reverse lights. Tires were inspected during their multipoint inspection and fluids were topped off as needed before they pulled me through the bay. Excellent, thorough and efficient service and technicians were kind and courteous.

I had my oil lines replaced which was a pretty extensive fix and a few weeks later I noticed some leaking again. They fixed it free of charge which was incredibly kind but also a testament to much they stand by their work. Everyone was great and kind; a true hidden gem here in Ames. I have even referred friends who now use them and feel the same way. Really love this place!

I was recently recommended Fix It by Campus Garage when their lead times were too long to address and issue I was having with my brakes. They did good work quickly and didn't up sale me on anything. He didn't charge me a single dime. Definitely come down here if you need some honest service. Friendly heads up: there isn't a lot of staff at this shop, so if you need something done *Today* Today in peak season you might have trouble getting immediate service. I was scheduled a week from when I brought my car in. In my opinion, though, it is worth the wait. You can't beat this quality service and honest business.
