So in honor of Nanz & Kraft's 175th Anniversary they donate $10 from each "Sharing Smiles" purchase to Hope Scarves as a way to support for local charities in Louisville community. Because of this, the arrangement also came with a scarf. I was also able to add a cute balloon at cost before checking out, which ended up being a hit with the recipient. On the day of delivery, they called me just to confirm the home and then called me back once the flowers were successfully delivered. I appreciated their effort to confirm and that they reached out directly to the recipient as well.
