When I appeared in court, the judge would not proceed and directed me to the family law facilitator. During that review, multiple additional errors and omissions were identified, including an incorrect statement that there were no dependent children and issues involving required child support documentation. The facilitator advised that the paperwork required substantial revision before the case could move forward. As a result, I experienced significant delays, additional court appointments, and many hours correcting the documents myself. When I requested a refund, I was told the errors were not substantial and that the primary mistake was a typo. My refund request was denied. I was also told that moving was the reason for delays, which had previously been given as the reason for delays in preparing the documents. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

In my opinion, they could have paid immediately. However, they did not even pay within the appropriate time frame. Instead they played games. After the 30 day window they said they mailed a check. However, they used a wrong address. Strange, since when they were sending me bills they had the right address. And my email footers had my address, and my card, etc. Then when they finally did pay 40 days after the court hearing, they made the check out to the name of my domain which they were supposed to have created a web site... not to me, which created an issue to get cashed.
