We ordered a couple of the Guest Chori's-The Juan Pedro Caballero (pork) and the Carneceria (beef). Juan Pedro had tortilla chips and peppers and the pork chorizo sausage was saltier than the beef. We ordered a Chimichurri sauce on the side and enjoyed it. We liked the Pork more than the Beef-just was more flavorful. The Bread was thick, soft and held up to the Choripan and condiments well. Potato salad with al dente potatoes was tasty. They also have beer and cocktails so ordered a Gin and Tonic while we waited for our order. Friendly people behind the counter. I assured her it was not a problem and then paid with my credit card. After a short wait, they called my name and I picked up my choripan. it was quite the handful filled with layers of roasted peppers, tortilla chips, onions and lettuce. The tortilla chips were stale but overall I liked the flavors especially with the heat from the peppers and chipotle mayo. It was a nice twist on the popular choripan.

The tofu was seasoned really well, the rice and vegetables were low sodium so I added some salt and pepper for more flavor. It was a nice treat to be offered a free appetizer of pumpkin soup and three types of toast, all vegan. It tasted great! I think my favorite was the lentil spread toast. The atmosphere is inviting, and it's a great place for a meal or just getting coffee. My meal plus a bottle of sparkling water came out to roughly $15 usd or 21,000 pesos.
