My husband bought me a lovely charm bracelet for Christmas last year and occasionally we go to pick out another charm, usually around $12. The salespeople are friendly and patient, which makes the experience nice as well -- since you're probably spending a lot of time in here if you're going to spend a nice chunk of money. I'm sure she was doing her job. I was dressed professionally and I was polite however, I felt extremely uncomfortable with her following me around like I was going to steal something.
