Midday, I receive a call cancelling because the "master" stylist , Mary S., "doesn't have clippers." That alone is absurd, but it gets worse. When I called back and spoke with MaryBeth, I asked the obvious question: does the stylist have scissors or a straight blade? Because anyone remotely competent knows a basic nape trim doesn't require clippers. Her response? The stylist "doesn't do short haircuts." So not only was the appointment accepted, confirmed, and held on the schedule, it was assigned to someone incapable--or unwilling--to perform a first-year cosmetology task. I went in person, hoping for some level of accountability, and spoke with Diamond, the store manager. She couldn't explain why the booking system allows clients to schedule services the staff won't perform. She also couldn't explain why not a single "experienced" stylist in the building could step in and complete one of the most basic haircuts imaginable. At every step--online system, staff communication, and in-store management--this was handled with a level of incompetence that would be comical if it weren't such a waste of time.

It was our first visit to this location and was not aware of there closing times. We didn't realize that he left it until we reached home. I called no answer so decided to wait for the next day to pick it up hopefully it will be there. Called one my time and Debbie answers to say let me look in the area where you we're looking and found it . She then asked how far away are you? I replied Lake Mary about 25-30 min after closing. She says I will wait out side in my car for you to come back. Debbie is amazing and now I will always shop at this location.
