A small but very well-stocked general store of dry goods, local produce fishing and camping supplies and then an ice cream and coffee shop in the back of the store. It was perfect. There was a steady stream of people in the store, both locals waiting for the parade to start, and nearby campers looking for unexpected gifts or trying to replace a lost item. The coffee was good; the people were friendly; and this is a must-visit stop for finding a touristy gift, or some local goods, or an eye-opening cup of coffee. Some things are local and others artisan focused national brands. Such friendly people work here and they are very happy to answer questions and point you in the right direction but are not at all pushy. Located downtown right next door to Red Velvet Bakery and I discovered Twisted Hearts when we went to Red Velvet for breakfast given the stores are interconnected and open up to each other.
