What happened to this place?…read more I remember this being one of the best places to go to as a kid. It's not as good as it use to be. That's not the fault of the people in the booths. It's the people who run it now. Especially towards the back at Ray's booth. Nazi flags and a "South will Rise Again" flag? Really? I understand the importance of WW2 but having Nazi flags tied with the other one screams racism. It's 2015. The war has been over for many years. Either embrace culture or be left in the dust. Also, the guy is a jerk. He gets his prices from eBay but I don't think he understands the difference between 'Buy it Now' and completed auctions. He's very unpleasant to deal with. Bottom line, go somewhere else. A lot of people are more worried about value instead of making the experience a good one.

They specialized on estate sales/liquidations, which may be slightly above garage sales price tags but also oftentimes come with a piece of history. I have bought my share of books, some clothes and PLENTY drawing/painting supplies (at a liquidation sale of a arts store). The flyer you receive at home is detailed (which allows you to avoid spending time and gas surfing through a mountain of unwanted items). The people who run the show are bubbly, colorful and gifted with an overwhelming southern hospitality that warms your heart even on a cold winter day. I love love love FAB FINDS.
