What happened to this place? I remember this being one of the best places to go to as a kid. It's not as good as it use to be. That's not the fault of the people in the booths. It's the people who run it now. Especially towards the back at Ray's booth. Nazi flags and a "South will Rise Again" flag? Really? I understand the importance of WW2 but having Nazi flags tied with the other one screams racism. It's 2015. The war has been over for many years. Either embrace culture or be left in the dust. Also, the guy is a jerk. He gets his prices from eBay but I don't think he understands the difference between 'Buy it Now' and completed auctions. He's very unpleasant to deal with. Bottom line, go somewhere else. A lot of people are more worried about value instead of making the experience a good one. read more

A lot of items to browse through. Comics, clothes, toys, posters, coke memorabilia, you name it. Bought a couple of classic gamecube games for my kids and ok, you got me, maybe for myself. You can go to manuels nintendo store next door and find a larger inventory of games but the prices are set higher at market value. . .which is what you find in any other gaming store. Next door at the crossing, you can find them priced the way you like. . .and the games worked when I got home! Good service, but non intrusive when you are browsing. read more

My wife and I were passing through Abilene and decided to do some junk shopping while we were there. We made a quick pass through the vendors and left. We won't be back. There are a few interesting items, but the crowd of homeless people milling around outside, and the Nazi flags (coupled with the South Shall Rise Again flags) in the back make it an uncomfortable place to browse. read more
