Yesterday, I visited Dr. Honeine at the Allergy Department. The check-in staff and the nursing staff were amazing. However, Dr. Honeine was so condescending and rude that I was brought to tears during my appointment. I was instructed by my Ear Nose and Throat specialist to come here to get tested for food allergies after having already been diagnosed with several environmental allergies. On top of that, my parents both have food allergies, so it was assumed that I would as well. Upon telling Dr. Honeine all of my medical and family history, he acted angry that I had even booked an appointment to get tested. (Keep in mind I would have never made the appointment unless my other doctor had thought it was needed.) He was condescending in his manner of explanation, and did not listen to what I was saying. He REFUSED to test me for food allergies. I was extremely frustrated, and embarrassed, and unfortunately I cried (which I very rarely do.) It was only when he noticed I was upset that he offered to test me for allergies. I ended up telling him that I appreciated his time, but that my concerns were not heard and that I will be going elsewhere. No doctor should make a patient feel what I felt yesterday. I would not come here again if somebody paid me. read more

Checkin is a mess here. Way too many drs and not enough check-in people. Masks should still be required of all patients or guests coming in. This is in OP and is a nice building. Tons of parking. But the parking is a distance from the building, always surprising because many who visit drs can't walk that far. My dr here has been more or less on time. I can only give three stars because of the check-in process. Way too long and they ask too much personal info in what's a pretty public space. read more

Dr Hussain is a #superior #physician in #OrchardPark, NY in so many ways-you name it, he tops it! His level of #caring for people is well above any I've met & with roughly just under 10yrs experience, it's rare to find, & also means he has many years ahead where he will positively impact so many families & people's lives! He is highly #knowledgeable, even about #rare conditions, genetics / #family / hereditary, & #autoimmune conditions. He is exceptionally #bright, #thorough, & #kind. He was able to manage all of my referrals, lab work, results, & coordinate specialists & appointments all in one meeting. Even the staff was #swift & #compassionate & also had #great things to say about him-which I believe says alot. I will be referring all of my clients looking for a #primarycarephysician to him, along with my family. Buffalo Medical Group is a #top-notch organization. I also see Dr Michael Battaglia for #neurology, who has also been a #superior physician since I met him over 20 years ago. I was dropped as a patient and left without critical blood pressure medication. I finally received a letter on November 29th postmarked November 27th informing me that I am no longer a patient but that care would be extended for 30 days from the date of the letter, while I looked for a new doctor. Unfortunately, the letter is dated September 17th. Also, Buffalo Medical Group has never informs you of out of pocket costs for procedures and you always end up with a surprise bill a few months later. Buffalo Medical Group is the WORST! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Fayyaz. There is no help with him. If a person has been referred to a specialist that probably means the gave exhausted all OTC remedies. That their general doctor can not help them anymore. A specialist is suppose to provide special help. When I see him he tells me to take the same OTC things that have failed me in the past. Save your money. Just go to your PCP because it's cheaper than seeing a specialist that provides no fix, no relief, no help. And BMG, I'm not paying my copay prior to services rendered. Ridiculous. No other provider I know charges prior to appointment. read more

This review is for my experience getting the COVID-19 with them. I saw dr. Osman one of the dr with Buffalo medical group, so I managed to schedule vaccine appointment there. It was easy no hustle trying to get the coveted vaccine. When I get there I checked in went to second floor and the wait is not long at all. They pretty organized. Got my shot, wait 10 minutes and off I go. I got moderna so I'll be back for my second one on the 29th. read more

All of my doctors are located at the OP Buffalo Medical Group. As soon as you walk in, you are taken care of by someone in the reception area within a minute or two. The waiting areas are clean, pleasant and there are plenty of restrooms available. I haven't waited for any of my doctors for more than 10 minutes and the majority of the time, they bring me in early. All of the staff are so kind and pleasant. I honestly would give the staff 10 stars if I could! read more

As the Buffalo Medical Group is a huge collaboration of doctors and services my review is specific to the Orchard Park location. The dermatologist office in this location run by Dr. Zoey Glick in particular. I changed my location to this office from the Amherst location (where I was very satisfied with Dr. Robert Kalb) for convenience of location. But I am thoroughly disappointed with the O.P. Location and the Physicians Assistant in particular. The four appts I had here were met with office staff that make you feel unwelcome and I never once saw the primary doctor who ran this office. The PA that performed my procedures was uncaring and pretty unreceptive to my individual needs. My last appointment I had, I expressed with the young female PA the procedures for which had given me great results from the prior office (Kalb) and in return I got deep needle shots that left marks and did nothing to improve the reason for which I was there. My advice would be to steer clear of this office and seek a dermatologist outside of the office of Dr. Zoey Glick. read more

My appointment was for 2:45. After parking in the wrong lot I had to get back in my car and repark in the back at the patient entrance. With that being said I was a few minutes late. I walked in and right to registration and my registration was nice and friendly oh and efficient. I went to ekg, x ray and blood labs and I'm out making this review at 3:18. Every lab technician was wonderfully nice. I really love and appreciate customer service like this. I had an appointment with the dermatologist doctors in orchard Park. The dermatologist and her individual department was fantastic!! The facility itself, the BMG in orchard park only gets one star. I checked in in advance , submitted my copay and insurance, and completed my medical records in advance to simplify the check in process. Check in was TERRIBLE, TIME CONSUMING, AND A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I WOULD BE RELUCTANT TO GO FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AT THIS FACILITY. I WAS ALSO OVER CHARGED. read more

This group is a joke. They only treat symptoms. My health has declined rapidly in the 2 years I have been seeing their doctors. When their "solutions" don't work, they just instruct your to go to the emergency room. Seven times they sent me to the ER instead of providing care. This place seems like they are just trying to get easy visits to bill insurance. I will say that once I get a diagnosis and it is something I brought up and this place dismissed it, I will be looking into legal action. I recommend recording your visits. Every time the doctor says one thing and the after care notes in the portal say something completely different. I advocate for my health, with this place I have to police it. I get treated like trash every time I go to this facility, especially by the staff at the front desk. I can't they treat their patients this way. The professionals are no better ? I agree with previous reviews that it is worth the drive from Buffalo to Orchard Park for BMG. My primary and my dermatologist are in the same building. I've been going there for a few years now and have yet to have a bad interaction with any of the staff or doctors. My primary is extremely conscientious and thorough. I've received excellent care, and referred my sister to the BMG on Essjay, which she loves as well. read more

In a pandemic why can't your doctor's be close to on time. Both appointments I had today were over an hour late. The my Chart app that is supposed to let you stay in the car and wait did not work, I never got a text to say they were ready. Ask people to leave when they are done. Many people chatting sitting around in the waiting area. You are not making it feel all that "protected" in this environment. read more

I enjoy this location far better than the one in Buffalo, worth the 40 minute drive for me. Make sure to park in the patient lot, which is found around back. This parking is free compared to the other location's $1. There's complimentary wifi! The wait isn't bad (at least in the morning). Dr Robert Williams is my ENT doc and he's phenomenal. Clarifies any questions, is very thorough and gives you an unbiased opinion. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. read more

My primary is Dr. Tarapacki which herself I haven't had much of an issue with. The staff however in her office unprofessional and rude. I called to get a copy of medical paperwork I previously had filled out for personal records. The phone rep looked through and then told me that there was no paperwork on file which I thought was strange because when I called two months ago they referenced to the paperwork they had and now it had disappeared. I asked the rep where the paperwork would have gone and she advised she will transfer me to another person who can try to find it. While transferring me the rep was talking to the rep sitting next to her and being rude. "I don't know where the paperwork went..." on and on complaining about me being concerned that personal medical documents are missing from that office. At this point I wanted to just hang up but I let the next rep try to look for the papers. They were interrupting while I was asking my question and kept doing so when I tried to clarify what I was looking for since they were not understanding (due to not letting me finish asking my question). Eventually she said she can't find anything and I ended the call with nothing. Unprofessional and definitely looking for another practice with better staff. read more
