And the bathroom: upon walking in the angels of cleanliness heralded my entrance. How nice it is to need to use the facilities of a public place and not have to worry about accidentally touching ANYTHING. Although on a mission to get to the range-section of the facility, I semi-noticed a variety of merchandise to be purchased: used weapons, t-shirts, hats, ammo - other stuff, just not sure what. It was arranged throughout, and again, mission: range-section. Range-section. Wow. Getting "legal" was easy-peasy. The necessary documents to be read and autographed were online and available via an iPad. There were a variety of target options - including fun targets. I opted for the Battle Ship layout. (Still couldn't sink my own *&^%$ battleship, but that's another story that involves returning* to MSC and practicing.) The greatest feature was the employees. Those with whom I came into contact were friendly, kind, and helpful - except Matt. Matt was an above-and-beyond rockstar. (The others likely were as well, Matt was just the one stuck with me.) I was beyond impressed and grateful for Matt's proactiveness while I was on the range. Ditto, his knowledge and passion. There were a couple of pieces of advice I found to be SUPER helpful, yet to date had not learned from anyone else. The passion, kindness, and friendly attitude still leaves me wondering if perhaps he wasn't just some firearms enthusiast who wondered in off the streets. Fantastic supportive people. My husband and I went for the first time and haven't shot for quite a…read morefew years. The staff could not be more helpful, warm or friendly. They took time to go over the handguns, having us test and hold each one. Next, they went over gun safety, had us practice several times with each gun. Answered all questions, and never once made us feel like we were asking a dumb question. Next, they accompanied us into the shooting range and stayed with us for quite awhile while my husband and I shot. Helpful, informative and worked with us on all aspects of shooting. Never once, did we feel rushed during any of the direction or training. The best part is that they don't sell guns so you get honest and open information and opinions about what would be good for you without an agenda. For first time shooters, they made us feel comfortable. We won't be going anyplace else. The prices were reasonable for the gun rentals as was the ammunition. I highly recommend going here if you haven't been before.

He treated me as if I was a child. I did not appreciate him talking down to me as thigh I had no idea what I was doing, before I even got the gun out of the case. I really did not particularly care did him coming up and "helping" me with my aim after I had only fired twice. I've never been a stellar shot, but I have not shot in 6 months and was just getting a feel for this gun, as I told him. However, he seemed to ignore everything I was telling him, and proceed to talk down to me and try to give me advice. Other than that incident, the staff was very friendly and the guns were well kept.

The shooting range gives you the opportunity to try different kinds of weapons...or bring your own for target practice. Concealed carry classes offered. It is well worth the trip: the store is very busy on weekends, if you can, plan your visit on another day of the week.
